About Me

amy-woodrow-1

After both family and personal struggles with mental health and having received some excellent help from counselling myself I decided to study to be able to help others in that situation. Having received counselling myself I understand how daunting it can be to seek help but know what a positive and rewarding process it can be when you find a counsellor that is right for you.

I am a qualified integrative counsellor working in a predominantly person-centred way meaning I will be l working in a non-judgemental, empathetic way to provide a safe environment to explore any issues at your pace and direction.

I hold an Advanced Diploma in Psychotherapeutic Counselling and am fully accredited member of the National Counselling Society.
