Counselling with Amy has been of benefit to me and has had definite improvement in the way I am feeling. – P

Amy helped me analyse my thought process when facing stressful situations and understand how that was developing into anxiety. She helped me dissect the situation and deal with it in a clam manner and be kind to myself. It also helped me to work through some things I have been dealing with for a long time, I’m happy. – H
I found the freedom to talk about what I wanted to focus on each week really helpful and the different techniques we often discussed in relation to those topics. I found the counselling really helpful for the issues I came in with and identifying some which I was not initially aware of and resolving these. I would recommend Amy to other people as I feel in a much better place than I was when I started. -W
