For me, my biggest fear was that I would sit in a chair feeling constantly judged and told where I was going wrong!  This couldn’t have been further from the truth.  Amy was and is a great listener. Not once did I feel under judgement and her style helped me to relax and open up.   I would recommend Amy, I felt safe, secure and felt that I was really listened to.  Over the course of the sessions, I felt myself getting that little bit taller and that a weight had been lifted off my shoulders – B
