Hello, my name is Amy and I am a qualified Integrative Counsellor working in King’s Lynn.
Whatever you are feeling, sad, lonely, anxious or depressed, having a safe confidential space to work through your issues with a trusted counsellor can make the difference. My aim is to provide my clients with that safe confidential environment and provide support to help you find answers or acceptance, to feel better.
An integrative counsellor uses a variety of techniques to explore the past and the present and the hopes for the future. My core training is in person Centred counselling meaning I will follow the core conditions of that field, those being to show Empathy, be honest and Genuine and Never to Judge, to accept you as you are.
Counselling is a trusting partnership and I therefore offer a free 20-minute consultation to ensure that we are happy to work together, that I am the right person for you, and to develop mutual understanding of how we will proceed.
